The products ordered may vary from the images shown on this site. Delivery times may vary depending on availability in stores, at suppliers and/or the speed of the carrier as well as the level of occupation of luthiers (for instruments). The violin house undertakes to do everything in its power to make your order within a maximum of 15 working days. Please note that the violin house delivers throughout the Quebec region. The various policies and after-sales service will be available in stores.

Instrument guarantees: the table and background seal, the areas (handle) and the key are guaranteed for a year on presentation of the invoice. The violin house will replace or make the repair necessary for the restoration of the instrument.

Archetal guarantees: The bow wand is guaranteed for three months and the claims for a year on presentation of the invoice. Guarantee exclusions: The warranty is not honored when the instrument or the arch has undergone an accident or if it has been altered by negligence.

A RESPOSE POLICY: The Maison Du Violon undertakes to take back any instrument, bow or instrument

/case sold by it and this, conditional on the simultaneous purchase of a similar product of equivalent or greater value upon presentation of the original invoice. The buyback price is 70% of the initial value of the instrument, 35% of the initial value of the bow and the case and with regard to wear. The costs of maintenance and repairs necessary for the restoration, except for wear deemed normal, will be deducted from the amount of the proposed buy-back.

Tone setting:
La Maison Du Violon offers you the sound adjustment of your new instrument purchased from us free of charge for ONE YEAR following your purchase, by appointment with presentation of the original invoice.
